Age Verification Required
All deliveries require signature from someone aged 18 or over. Photo ID may be requested upon delivery. If age cannot be verified, the parcel will be returned to us and no refund will be issued for delivery charges.

Order before 2 PM for next day delivery (Monday-Friday)
Order Processing Times
- Orders placed before 2 PM on working days are dispatched the same day
- Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the next working day
- Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day
- You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched
- Large or custom orders may require additional processing time
Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only:
- â England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
- â UK postal addresses including BFPO addresses
- â We do not ship to PO Boxes
- â International shipping is not currently available
- â ī¸ Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
Delivery Requirements
To ensure successful delivery:
- Someone aged 18+ must be present to sign for the delivery
- Valid photo ID may be required (Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
- If you're not home, a card will be left with collection instructions
- Parcels are held at the local depot for 7 days before being returned
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct
- Safe place delivery is NOT available for age-restricted items
Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails:
- The courier will leave a card with collection or redelivery details
- You can arrange redelivery or collect from the local depot
- Parcels are held for 7 days before being returned to us
- If returned due to failed delivery, we'll contact you to rearrange
- Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery
- No refund on delivery fees if delivery fails due to incorrect details
Tracking Your Order
Stay updated on your delivery:
- Tracking information is sent via email when your order is dispatched
- Track your parcel using the courier's website or app
- Contact us if you haven't received tracking within 24 hours of ordering
- Allow up to 1 working day for tracking to become active
- SMS delivery notifications may be sent on the day of delivery

Your Right to Return
You have the right to return products within 14 days of receiving your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- All security seals must remain intact
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- â E-liquids and vape juices (opened bottles)
- â Disposable vapes (if packaging has been opened)
- â Coils and atomizers (if packaging has been opened)
- â Clearance or sale items marked as "Final Sale"
- â Gift cards or vouchers
- â Faulty items can be returned regardless of condition
How to Return Items
To return an item, follow these simple steps:

- Wait for our returns authorization and instructions
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Ship to the address provided using a tracked service
- Keep your tracking receipt until refund is processed
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or fault
- We'll arrange a free collection or provide a prepaid return label
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full, including delivery costs
- Manufacturing defects are covered under manufacturer warranty
- Damage caused by misuse is not covered
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Items are inspected within 2-3 working days
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You'll receive email confirmation when the refund is processed
- Bank processing times vary (typically 3-5 working days)
- Original delivery charges are non-refundable (except for faulty items)

- We're not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest service and guarantees product availability. Contact us if you need assistance placing a new order.
